CAN'T SIGN IN TO MY QUEST MSN

I TTRIED TO SIGN INTO MY QUEST MSN TONIGHT AND A WINDOW CAME UP SAYING

C:\Program Files\MSN\MSNCoreFiles\msn.exe


This application has failed to start because the application
configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this
problem.



Does anyone know what i need to do? I have always been able to sign on
without any problems.

How do you reinstall the application, I have the same problem.

I'm in the same boat.......getting identical Quest MSN error
message....how do you reinstall the Quest MSN application when you
can't get internet access?
