Hello, I'm Penny - and for two days now I have not been able to sign in to my MSN. I have the same email and password, my internet connection is fine as I checked and had telus do a diagnostic test as well as a speed test. When I start my computer - down the left side I click on MSN Internet Explorer and once loaded the blue wellcome page appears with my little picture and my husbands as we share our computer. Well when I click on my picture usually I type in my password and "I'm in" but for two days now, when I type in my password nothing happens. It will say attempt 1 and attempt 2 and so on. And then a box will appear that says, "MSN was unable to sign you in - this could be a problem with the service or a connection problem! Please help me. This has never happened before. Oh, once it did - I could not sign in - but by the next day everything was fine. This has been going on now for three days, that I cannot sign in. I'm upset.
