MS03-026 update

Advised by e-mail from MS that the patch applies to XP.
Am running XP home edition supplied by Hewlett Packard
early this year. Have downloaded all previously offered
critical updates. This update not in local update
history and not found on the Windows Update site for XP
for my computer as of this writing.

Does the subject update apply?

Go to Windows Update, click "View installation history"
Look for 823980 if you see it, then it is installed.
