I just installed windows sp2, and Norton Antivirus will not show up under the Virus Protection Tab. It says that
" Norton AntiVirus reports that it is installed, but its status is unknown" .. Any Ideas??

Were you able to find out anything about this? I have a totally different problem. I installed Symantec Corp V 9 AV and it is not recognized by the security center, and the AV "auto Protect" continues to give me a "failed to load" error
