ms internet explorer will not open

Internet Explorer will not open after I start my isp.
Also, I cannot access secure sites throught my isp. Any
help would be appreciated.
 
Hi Rich,

Reinstall IE6, click start/run, then copy/paste in this command and click
'ok':

rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132
%windir%\Inf\ie.inf
