Our designers use Windows XP SP2 machines. From time to time they have
multiple documents (.pdf's) to print and instead of printing them one at a
time, they use windows explorer to select multiple drawings then right click
and select the "Print" option. When they do this, a window entitled "Move
items" is first displayed, causing the user to click the "cancel" button on
that window. Then right after they click cancel, another window entitled
"Copy Items" is displayed. They then have to click cancel again on that one,
and finally the proper application is launched to print the .PDF file. This
happens for each of the documents they select - which can be a real pain if
they have selected many documents to print. It also happens for other types
of documents,i.e. Word... However, this same thing does NOT happen on my XP
Pro SP2 machine.
Does anyone have any clue as to what may be causing this behavior at all?
Thanks,
Brad
