Print hyperlink when saving to PDF.

I have a Word document that contains a "print this page" hyperlink that opens the print dialog and allows users to print the document without having to go to "file" > "print" or use "ctrl"+"p" (using "javascript:window.print()"). They just click the link and the print dialog pops up. However when I export and save my document as a .PDF this link no longer works. It appearsas a hyperlink, but when I click it nothing happens - the print dialog does not open. I have tried several different PDF readers and the link just does not perform. Is there a way I can have this hyperlink which works in Word work when I save to a PDF?

As far as I know, there is no way to run code embedded into a hyperlink from
within a PDF.
