Hyperlink within Image Not in PDF

I insert a picture or image into a Word 2007 document and then add a
hyperlink to the image to a web site. Then I save it as a PDF. The image is
in the PDF but the hyperlink is not part of it.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

If you have attached a hyperlink to an image, it should still work as a
hyperlink when inserted, but the prompt text will be the filename of the
image. I take it you are using the Microsoft PDF add-in for Office 2007? Do
you have the ISO19005-1 option set in the save as PDF dialog?

I did not have that option set, but I do now. After recreating the PDF, I
was able to see the link in the mouse's tool tip when I hovered on the image,
but I still could not get it to launch. I tried double-clicking,
right-clicking, etc.

I'm stumped.

Tried it. It just selects the image as a whole. The cursor does not turn
into a "finger" like you would expect when hovering on a link.
