Mouse Problems

Recently my mouse pointer started automatically going to the default
selection in a dialogue box. For example: when you so start -->
shutdown --> and the box pops up so you can pick what you want to do, the
mouse will automatically go to cancel. It is really annoying. How can this
be stopped??

Click Start - Settings - Control Panel - open Mouse.
Click Pointer Options tab.
Under "Snap to" Uncheck the "Automatically move pointer to the default
button in a dialog box.
