Windows 7 64bit Auto shutdown problem

this is very weird when i use my computer for like 2 hours then this rundll32.exe message pops up
i think it is a stop working message and then it automatically shutdowns my pc and then boot it again
What the hell is this Rundll32 and it keeps doing this pops up
and keep autoshutdown when i use the pc for 1-2 hours
is so annoying
pls help
