missing thumbnails

Hi,

One of my people, using windows 2000, can no longer view
thumbnails of any of her images. This happens in
PowerPoint, PhotoShop, and any other program where she
used to see thumbnails. Our IT people have no idea. They
reloaded the operating system onto her computer and the
problem remains.

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to get back the
ability to see the thumbnails?

Dunno if you have found a solution yet, but when I had the same problem, I
located the solution here:

I did the same process for .gif files, as they too stopped showing. I had
recently reinstalled Office 2K, and apparently it was something related to
that, and PhotoEd somehow not being installed correctly. Not sure why, since
it worked fine, but who knows? In any event, the process did indeed fix this
issue.
