Missing file ?

Norton's One Button Checkup (Program Integrity) keeps telling me I have an error: C/Program Files/Common Files/Install Shield/Professional/Run Time/0701/Intel32/Dot Net Installer.exp cannot access a necessary file "mscoree.dll.
It says it fixes it, but when I rescan, I get the same error report. What should I do??

The missing "mscore.dll" file is not missing. Nor is there a problem
with Windows XP or Norton's Win Doctor. All you have to do is go
to Windows Update and download the update called ".NET Framework".
Once you have restarted your computer, check for Windows problems
using the Norton Win Doctor and it should be fixed.
