missing dll files causing crashes

according to pcdoc program my computer is missing several
files which is causing it to crash
these are all dll files
where do i get the downloads or any suggestions on how to
fix this problem
 
What did you do to cause the problem? Do you remember and can you undo it?

i was actually just trying to burn a cd
computer froze without finishing the burn and ruining the
cd
 
What are the names of the dll files and in what way is the computer
"crashing?"
