When I do a One Button Checkup using Norton System works I get the following
message in the Program Integrity Scan section:
C:\program files\common
files\installshield\proffessional\runtime\10\01\intel 32\dotnetinstaller.exe
cannot access a necessary file, "mscoree.dll."
Can anyone tell me what this means and if it will affetc the computer and
how I might fix it. I can scan and fix it but as soon as I scan again it
tells me the same problem.
