mscoree.dll

Norton WinDoctor recently starting finding the following
2 problems on my system:
1. "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0701\Intel32
\DotNetInstaller.exe" cannot access a necessary
file, "mscoree.dll."
2. "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\09\00\Intel32
\DotNetInstaller.exe" cannot access a necessary
file, "mscoree.dll."
Norton cannot locate mscoree.dll. On the plus side, I do
not seem to experience any problems with XP. Is this
something I should fix (and if so, how?) or should it be
ignored?
