cannot access necessary file, "mscoree.dll."

Have a lot of problems on the internet. Ran Nortons Disk
Dr. & the results were....1 Missing File: "C: \Program
Files\CommonFiles\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0700
\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe" cannot access necessary
file, "mscoree.dll." which Nortons could not fix & 15
Missing or Invalid ActiveX/COM SubKey Entries that refer
to invalid application identifiers & 1 Missing or Invalid
Key: "bwpfile\shell\open\command," that refers to invalid
command entry, "C:\ProgramFiles\BackWeb\BackWebClient
6.1.0.153\Program\PrvCnt.exe"%1". Nortons will fix the
last 16 problems but they keep coming back. Can someone
PLEASE HELP? THANK YOU.

Mscoree.dll is part of the .NET framework for Windows.
Go to Add/Remove and remove the .NET framework there.

If you wish to reinstall .NET Framework go to:
www.microsoft.com/net or from the Windows Update Site.
