I have recived the following error in Norton WinDoctor,
and do not know how to fix it. Windoctor provides no
possible solutions. I don't even know if it is a Windows
file, but perhaps someone can tell me. Please send reply
by e-mail to (e-mail address removed). Thanks.

You'll have to download and install ".NET Framework"
to correct the missing "mscoree.dll".

Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package

Disregard Carey, who knows not whereof he speaks. The message may be
safely ignored. Be very careful with Windoctor and any other utility
that offers to clean things up, as they will sometimes "clean" things
that aren't really dirty, and leave you with an actual problem. Go here
