Please, help: many missing program files

HI,
I would really appreciate any help. I have many problems with missing files
in windows Registry Scan.
- C:\Program files\Common
Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\09\00\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe"
- C:\Program files\Common
Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\10\01\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe"
- C:\Program files\Norton SystemWorks\Norton Ghost\Console\V2iConsole.exe

all 3 cannot access a necessary file "mscoree.dll". although I find this
file in C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386
I use an OEM version of Windows XPSP2 (Fujitsu)

Also in Program Integrity Scan I have exactly the same missing files.

Try Using The Search In Start.

Thanks Ted, your answer helped me for Ghost, but I cannot find anythingof
help for the first ones. I went to help and support, but then I don't know
where to go. Anyone can help more?

comes up
windows cannot find C:/program files/common files/microsoft shared/web
folders/ibm00001.exe

Have also tried to install sims for the kids it seems to copy ok but then
comes up with the message setting up folders failed?

ibm00001.exe -- That's a Password Stealing Trojan !

Use the following tool and run a scan with the McAfee or Sophos module. Then Change all
your passwords ASAP !

Download MULTI_AV.EXE from the URL --
http://www.ik-cs.com/programs/virtools/Multi_AV.exe

To use this utility, perform the following...
Execute; Multi_AV.exe { Note: You must use the default folder C:\AV-CLS }
Choose; Unzip
Choose; Close

Execute; C:\AV-CLS\StartMenu.BAT
{ or Double-click on 'Start Menu' in C:\AV-CLS }

NOTE: You may have to disable your software FireWall or allow WGET.EXE to go through your
FireWall to allow it to download the needed AV vendor related files.

C:\AV-CLS\StartMenu.BAT -- { or Double-click on 'Start Menu' in C:\AV-CLS}
This will bring up the initial menu of choices and should be executed in Normal Mode.
This way all the components can be downloaded from each AV vendor's web site.
The choices are; Sophos, Trend, McAfee, Kaspersky, Exit this menu and Reboot the PC.

You can choose to go to each menu item and just download the needed files or you can
download the files and perform a scan in Normal Mode. Once you have downloaded the files
needed for each scanner you want to use, you should reboot the PC into Safe Mode [F8 key
during boot] and re-run the menu again and choose which scanner you want to run in Safe
Mode. It is suggested to run the scanners in both Safe Mode and Normal Mode.

When the menu is displayed hitting 'H' or 'h' will bring up a more comprehensive PDF help

This will insure that the Trojan's DLL and other variants aren't present as well as correct
the Registry setting calling this Trojan and generating the "windows cannot find...."
message.

David I did everything it fixed some stuff & found a virus & got rid of it
but I am still getting the same thing can not find c:\program files\common
files\microsoft shared\web folders\ibm00001.exe Do you know if I can down
load the fill from some place.Thanks again for the help. catstevens
