Missing file

After running Norton One Button Checkup, it tells me Missing File "C:\Program File\Common Files\Installshield\Professional\Runtime\0701\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe" cannot access necessary file "mscoree.dll". Is this file necessary, what does it do and how do I get it back?
