Every time I run Symantec's Win Doctor to diagnose problems on my computer,
the following comes up:
"ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0701\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe
cannot access the following file "mscoree.dll." There's also another error
that's the same as above, but instead of \0701\ the value is \09\01\
WinDoctor lists this as a minor problem and I was just wondering what to do
about it.
