Missing .dll file after msn update

After downloading critical update, Norton shows mscoree.dll missing. States that c:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0701\Intel32
DotNetInstaller.exe needs to access this file. Can anyone help?

Mscoree.dll is part of the .NET framework for Windows.
Go to Add/Remove and remove the .NET framework there.
To reinstall .NET Framework go to:
www.microsoft.com/net or from the Windows Update Site.
