Missing .dll after Virus

When I run Norton Windows Doctor it has started to report a Program
Integrity Check Failure. The trouble report details are "
C:/ProgramFiles/Common
Files/Installshield/Professional/Runtime/0701/Intel32/DotNetinstaller.exe
cannot access MSCOREE.dll ".

On Wednesday I got the W32.netsky.B virus in my system. I removed it with
the Norton removal tool successfully however this problem showed up after
the removal process was done. When I run a search of the system for the
MSCOREE.dll nothing is found.

Any ideas on what I can do to repair the problem?

download from the site.
