Missing Program File?

I have the Norton SystemWorks and use the "One Button Checkup." Everything checks out fine except for "Program Integrity Scan." It says there is 1 problem, missing program file. When I click on for more detail, this is what it says I am missing
"C:\Program Files\commo
Files\InstallShield\Professional\Run Tim\0701\Intell32\DotNetinstaller.exe
Cannot Access a Necessary file
"mscoree.dll.

What does this mean and do I need it
Thanks
Sandy

Hi Sandy,I had the same msg. mscoree.dll is part of the
dot net framework go to add/remove and uninstall dot net
then go to windows update and reinstall it.
