i facing this problem when i tried to open certain email in my Inbox. i even
can not read the content in that email because after i click on it, it will
promt the below error, and i have to restart the pc again. Tried the solution
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;325117&Product=ol2002)
also not work. Please help. i am using Outlook 2002 and Symantec Antivirus

Does it work in safe mode?
Disable the virusscanner integration with Outlook and try again.
