Microsoft fax not saving 2nd page of received fax Win2K Pro

When I receive a multipage fax the 1st page is saved OK
but the 2nd page does not. Has anyone experienced this
problem or have a solution?

IT's not clear as to how you arrived at the conclusion that the 2nd page is
not "saved". When you mean the 2nd page is not saved, you mean you are not
able to view it from the Fax console?

What is the Fax Viewer you are using ?
I guess you are getting the whole multi-paged document but you are not able
to see . Can you try using "Windows Imaging and Fax Viewer"? and do "page
up" and "page down" to see the pages .

To view faxes from the Fax Console, the Windows Imaging and Fax viewer must
be your default viewer for TIF files.
You can easily restore that setting in Windows Explorer > Folder Options.>
File Types.
