messages deleted from server

When I download messages to Outlook Express 6 Inbox, they are deleted from my
POP3 server even though my account is configured to leave a copy of the
messages on the server. Both Outlook Express and the POP3 accounts are
correctly configured.
 
Search for msoe50.inf (The default location is C:\Windows\Inf - a hidden folder) Right click the Msoe50.inf file, and click Install.
Insert XP CD when prompted, Browse to the I386 folder, click Open, then OK.
