Please help me with my Windows Mail. I cannot move the messages into out box.
I have tried various methods (including to disable the e-mail scanning option
in the antivirus program) but no luck. This is really frustrating. Please
help me!

Try downloading and installing this fix with Windows Mail stopped:

If you don't know whether to use the 32-bit version or the 64-bit
version, try the 32-bit version first.

Although it says it's for messages stuck in the Outbox, it also works
in other folders.

Note that for some common antivirus programs, such as most of those
from Norton and McAfee, you may have to uninstall the whole
program, not just disable all or part, to keep them from causing
problems in Windows Mail.
