Merging Presentation

Hi All

I have a 35 slide presentation that I am trying to incorporate into another
presentation and still keep the original formatting, I have tried all I know
and it doesn't copy the transitions or backgrounds what am I doing wrong???

Steve,

It's always helpful to mention what version of powerpoint you are using.

Powerpoint 97 and 2000 cannot cope with more than one template.

Powerpoint 2002 (aka xp) and 2003 can cope with multiple templates.
