I know that when you set up, and invite people to a meeting in Outlook, and
then you want to cancel it, it will send out a cancellation and delete the
meeting all in one shot.
Is there any possible way to do this if you didn't set the meeting up
through outlook, but simply just entered it into the Calendar?

How could you have entered something in the calendar if you didn't "use
Outlook"?

What I meant was that I will email meeting attendees through Outlook mail,
not through the Calendar... sorry, I see my wording is confusing. No worries,
though. I think I have figured it out.

Thanks!
