Reoccuring Meeting

I had setup a reoccuring meeting that others were invited to. I had to
cancel the meeting so cancelled it and sent out a cancellation notice, but
none of the invitees received it. So the meeting is still on their
calendars, but I cannot resend a cancellation since the meeting is no longer
on my calendar. How do I get the reoccuring meeting off of their calendars?

Email them and tell them to delete it? If you have access to their calendar,
you can open it and delete it.

Is there some reason for this. I am having the same problem, however my
appointment will also not allow me to add Attendees see my discussion in
this group "Cannot add additional Attendees"

In this specific case, if you don't have the original, you can't
automatically delete the appointments it created.

In your case, I would start with clearing forms cache.
