Hi, I have a new Vaio with Windows XP MCE 2004 installed. Everything works
great, except that my computer seems to "wake-up" or come out of standby or
hibernation at 4:00 am or so every morning (I can't say if it's EVERY
morning, sometimes I sleep through it), for about 5 minutes, and then return
to standby. Is this due to Media Center?? Thanks for your help!

in the BIOS setup, look for the power options (S-1 or S-3) and remove the
option to "Wake on Lan" and "Wake on Ring"
