mail received

I get my emails 2 times this has been happening for the last 2 weeks
need to know if I need to change settings

Is the account listed twice in Tools | Accounts | Mail?

We have the same problem it is clogging up my e-mail in Windows Vista Mail.
Not happening at Qwest

In Windows Mail go to Tools, Accounts, and make sore you don't have duplicate mail accounts.
