I cannot recieve email from one particular person. They are in my email
address and I have received mail from them before, but the last 2-3 weeks I
haven't been able to get anything.

Check your Junk E-mail folder and then also check your ISP for your mail
account and check their spam filters to see if that person is being blocked
by the ISP spam filters. Usually they have a list of blocked mail and you
can check in there.
