AOL email scam

Hi Everyone
I had an email purporting to be from AOL, telling me that I needed to update my version of AOL from the Classic to the New and that if I didn't do it my email address would be deleted.! They wanted me to login which seemed daft. A close look at the email address confirmed my suspicions - Anyone else had anything like this?

It certainly does - I've had my email address since 2003! AOL has changed hands a few times but the entity still exists. There is talk of AOL closing down a lot of it's services (which I dont use) but the email should still be accessible - otherwise I'd have to migrate to something like Gmail!!! I might need help with that!
