Looking to buy XP

Which do I need, the upgrade version or the full version?
I'm looking on ebay and the adds say something about OME?
Help...

It really depends on what you want to purchase.
Personally, I think you should go for the full version.
You'll pay a little extra for it but it's worth it in my
opinion. If you purchase the upgrade version, a previous
Operating System must be installed before the XP
installation.
