login problem

My mother is rather computer illiterate and she tried changing her password
but managed to uncheck the way users log on or off. It is now prompting her
to type in a user name and password rather than showing the Welcome screen.
It defaults to username "Owner" but when she types in her password it doesn't
let her login. She's tried typing in different user names she thought her
computer might have, but none of them worked. Is there anything that she can
do to change it back to the Welcome page?

try using the built in Administrative account, at the log on type
administrator and see if you can get in there and you can change what you
need in the user accounts
