Hi,
I encountered a problem trying to load my local web
application with the error Error message 401.2.: You do
not have permission to view this directory or page using
the credentials you supplied. Contact the Web server's
administrator for help.
There was nothing wrong with my IIS service, so I try to
go into my user access. I opened Computer Management
(right-click My Computer, then Manage) and found an error
(x-mark) on my Local Users and Groups icon. When I click
on it to see my user list, an error is displayed instead:
Unable to access the computer <computer name>. The error
was: Library not registered.
Now, I do not know how this could be... please advice...
