Local users and Groups

I can not access Local Users and Groups. When I select
this I got an Error mesage:
"Unable to access the computer ... The error was: Library
not registered." (is about local computer)

Hello Florin,

Verify if the activeds.tlb file exists in the c:\winnt\system32 folder. If
not,
find and copy the file to the c:\winnt\system32 folder.
