Links, icons, and headers not working

[MOOCH]

When I click to send a web page link by email....outlook
comes up and says the page is potentially unsafe and
Outlook has blocked access....Also in the favorites there
are no icons on any of the websites not even the explorer
icon....I resently put a new harddrive in and am running
XP Pro....Office 2000....please help...some headers on
web pages won't display either ...I am wondering if it is
all related...thanks in advance
