I am linking a number of titles and numbers from Excel into powerpoint slides
so that when I change the Excel file, it will change the Powerpoint file. I
currently have the excel information in a light yesllow font so that it will
show up on a dark backgroound. When I print the sldies in b/W, the imported
text does not that was originally yellow does not show up. How can I
reformat the imported text for the purpose of printing, but still have it
show up yellow for the on screen presentation?

When printing, select Color even if you're printing to a black and white
printer.

Follow Glenna's suggestion or put PPT in b/w view, rightclick the shape that
represents the Excel content and change its B/W setting to something that works
better in BW mode.
