We have retired our old server.
App Event ID 213 Warning: Replication of license
information failed because the License Logging Service on
server "old server name" could not be contacted.
The License Manager stops responding while trying to
correct number of client accesses allowed.
We've already tried reset per arcticle MKBA 153140.

We need to reset License Manager Info.
