License Manager---Reset

If I reset License Manager per the instructions in the
following MS article:

Will there be any impact to my end users? What I don't
want to see is my end users getting windows errors stating
that their license (whether it is OS or Exchange or SQL)
has been revoked or that they have to reboot?

I want zero impact and would like to get this list up to
date?

Zero impact? Stop and disable the license logging service....keep track of
your licenses manually. The service is buggy and is not mandatory.
