Pay particular attention to his special section on Lexmark printers. http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm After you've cleaned everything, download a new set of drivers from the Lexmark website at www.lexmark.com Install the software BEFORE connecting the printer to the PC... the software will TELL you when to connect.
