Lexmark Printer Z25 wont Let me DO ANYTHING

I need to know how to get rid of a document in que. It says deleting-
printing, but when I click on cancel, resume, restart (etc) it says there was
an error and wont let me get rid of it. I even ended the program and reopened
it to print and the document is still there.

You might try turning off the printer, unplugging it from the wall for a few
minutes, reboot Your computer, then turn your printer back on. Sometimes
something just hangs in there and it takes removing it from electricity to
make it delete.

Throw the piece of shit Lexmark out and use it for target practice, then go
and get a decent printer.
