IOL free

everytime i boot up my pc when i go online i keep getting a box come up which
says connection IOL free and i have to click cancel or it wont let me connect
to the web, yet i live in the uk and am on broadband so i dont even want IOL
which stands for Ireland on line which is a dial up internet connection. how
do i get rid of it? thanks, julie.

Have you tried uninstalling it? Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs
