deleting a file

i downloaded some file from the internet and then deleted it.........
it was a temporary agreement for a free trail of a site and now i dont want
to join now that my free trail has expired............
everytime i go on the internet this reminder video comes up telling me to
join and i cant seem to get rid of it...........
ive tried going to my add or remove files and deleting it but it wont and
the file size for this reminder is 0.00MB.........
what can i do because its really starting to get anoying and it comes up
everytime im online..........
any help i could get would really be great

Have you run: Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware ?
Both are free and might be a good place to start.

If anti-spyware doesn't work, go to www.pchell.com. Click on Internet Hell.
Scroll to the bottom, and on the left, type in the name of the site in the
search box and click search. If this is a common problem, the solution will
be there.

If that doesn't work, reply to this message.
