Laging!!!!!

i have just re installed windows on my laptop and when i
scroll on a page it lags i know that the PC is fast
enough (2.4Ghz) someone please lp me on this problem.

Windows XP installs basic video adapter drivers. Laptop computers
require specialized hardware drivers. Visit the support website of the
manufacturer of your laptop computer, search for Windows XP
compatible hardware drivers (especially the video adapter drivers),
download and install them.
