Did you install the drivers for your hardware?

Hello,

You need to install the drivers that came with your PC. Look for a disc
labelled "Drivers and Utilities", insert it and the autoplay should guide
you along.

If it is a DIY PC, you will need to download and install drivers for each
component such as chipset driver, graphics, sound and any other additional
hardware you may have.
