While connecting to net in windows XP it is telling that
there is no dialtone present
In windows me there is an option
wait for dialtone before dialing which when checked off
connects to internet
what we have to do in windows xp
There is no such option
 
log on as administrator, from control panel, select phone
and modems icon, choose modem tab, select your modem and
click properties, choose the modem tab and you will find
a check box for "wait for dial tone"
