faxconsole in windows XP fax console

Hello everyone,

My problem:

Fax-console from Windows XP doesn't send my faxes.

It says: NO DIALtone.

BUT: my modem works fine with other programms!!! Like internet and
tele-banking. So the dialtone is available.

I am using: Motorola SM56 internal PCI modem.
I installed all windows updates and latest drivers.

Why doesn't it work? Any good ideas???
